When you receive a new mattress from our White Glove Delivery service, you may also have your existing mattress removed from your home. If requested, our delivery partners will remove old mattresses and box springs upon the installation of a new mattress set. Returned and exchanged Tempur-Pedic®️ mattresses and pillows are recycled and re-purposed as material for other home furnishings, including rebound carpet padding. We also donate select returned mattresses to various charitable organizations. Tempur-Pedic®️ NEVER resells returned items.
