Tempur-Pedic® White Glove Delivery can remove your old mattress and box spring during new mattress installation, recycling or donating returned mattresses, but never resells them.
When you receive a new mattress from our White Glove Delivery service, you may also have your existing mattress removed from your home. If requested, our delivery partners will remove your old mattress and box spring upon the installation of a new mattress set. Returned and exchanged Tempur-Pedic® mattresses are recycled and re-purposed as material for other home furnishings, including rebound carpet padding. We also donate select returned mattresses to various charitable organizations. Tempur-Pedic® NEVER resells returned items.
