I purchased a floor model from a retail store, can I return or exchange it for another?

Floor models are usually final sale and non-returnable/exchangeable. However, each store may differ in their return policies! We recommend reaching out to the store location you purchased from to discuss your purchase and the options available to you. 

Floor models can only be purchased in retail store locations as Tempur-Pedic does not sell floor models online or by phone.
