All Tempur-Pedic products meet and/or exceed regulatory compliance. However, regulations for mattress Toppers differ from those of standard mattresses. Flame retardant protection differs for Toppers, not requiring a full coverage flame retardant fire sock barrier as featured in our mattresses.
