We do not currently offer additional pillow fill for purchase. If your adjustable pillow does not feel full enough, we recommend fluffing it thoroughly before use, as this can help increase the profile height and improve support.
If you prefer extra fill, you may purchase an additional TEMPUR-Cloud® Adjustable Pillow, available here, and use the extra fill included to customize your comfort.
