The Sleep Cycle Alarm wakes you during your lightest phase of sleep in a given window of time, allowing you to feel more refreshed throughout the day. For example, if you need to wake up at 7 AM and you set a 30-minute Sleep Cycle Alarm window, the alarm will wake you between 6:30 AM and 7 AM when the system detects you are in a light phase of sleep, or it will wake you no later than 7 AM if the system does not detect a light phase of sleep.
