If you have a Split Head mattress, you will first need to sync the two bases using the ‘Syncing Two Bases’ section in the owner’s manual and then activate Split Head mode by pressing and holding the ‘ONE TOUCH FLAT’ and the ‘HEAD MASSAGE’ buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds until the remote backlight flashes.
