Some modern router combinations (also known as gateways) may struggle to maintain a stable internet connection. This issue can affect all Wi-Fi devices, not just the Sleeptracker-AI Monitor. Many of these gateways are provided by cable companies as rental units. Please contact support if you are concerned that your router is incompatible.
