Why does the massage function on my base shut off after a certain amount of time?

The massage motors on your adjustable base are not designed to operate continuously for more than 30 minutes at a time. Our massage function features an automatic massage shut-off after 30 minutes of use. 

Please allow the massage system to rest for at least 30 minutes after the automatic massage shuts off before starting the massage system again.
