We recommend unboxing your compressed items as soon as possible after delivery. All compressed items (including our TEMPUR-Cloud® bed-in-the-box Mattress and TEMPUR-Cloud® and Adapt® Toppers) must be opened within 30 days of receiving the product. Leaving your items compressed in the box and plastic wrapping for more than 30 days after delivery can cause damage to the item.
