I do not have the Sleeptracker-AI app. How do I update the firmware on my base?

To update the firmware on your base, first install the Sleeptracker-AI® app on your smartphone from the Apple App Store or Google Play. In the Sleeptracker-AI® app, click on Menu -> My Smart Bed -> Firmware Update, and follow the steps to complete the installation.
