Our toppers ship via UPS compressed in a plastic sleeve and rolled into a box that is designed to be capable of being handled by one person. After unboxing and unwrapping the topper, place it on top of your mattress, securing it with the corner straps. The topper should expand and take its full shape after 1-3 hours of opening, however, it could take up to 48 hours in some cases.
