If your base is stuck in an elevated position and will not go flat, sometimes the solution is simpler than expected. Please check the following:
- Ensure your remote has functioning batteries
- Check that the base is plugged into a working outlet
- Reset the base by unplugging it for one minute and plugging it back in
- Ensure that all cords are securely plugged into the base
- Clear all bedding and items that may obstruct movement
If none of the above tips are successful, please follow our basic troubleshooting process as detailed below.
Troubleshoot Your Base
Before the troubleshooting process can begin, you must first identify your base. If you aren’t sure which base you have, you may be able to find that information on the law tag or by viewing our owner's manual identification article here.
Once your base has been identified, please try the following:
- Press the buttons on your remote to see if there is any illumination.
-
If there is illumination on your remote, your base may be stuck in child lock. We have instructions for enabling/disabling this feature here.
- If attempting to disable child lock does not work, you can try to pair your remote to your base. You can find pairing instructions on our website here.
-
If the remote isn't illuminated, it may not be properly paired to your base. You can find pairing instructions on our website here.
- If attempting to pair your remote does not work, you can try to disable child lock on your base. We have instructions for enabling/disabling this feature here.
